Ísland
For this project I spent four months in Iceland, driving, mostly on my own, through the desolate snow-covered and blossoming landscapes of winter and spring, looking for a moment when colour, light and the subject merge into a moment that stands out. While discovering this stark scenery I was interested in how people coped with the overwhelming precense of nature and how this relationship sustains.
